Message	Thanks Bernie. It is a younger kid and the father is hesitant about an out-of-state car and wants to make sure it will pass CT inspection. I told him he shouldnt have a problem, but would feel real bad for the kid if it didnt somehow pass. It has passed here in NY for at least the past 2 years without issue.
